Not Friday the Thirteenth, but Friday (Almost) Pi(e) Day!

The Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC) turned a mathematical constant into a massive community celebration on Friday 3/13, marking Pi Day by distributing a staggering 3,000 individual pies to the MIT community.

This long-standing tradition served a dual purpose: honoring the infinite beauty of pi and celebrating the release of this year’s admissions decisions.

UAC staff were joined by MIT leadership, greeting students and passing out apple, blueberry, and lemon pies.
